On August 25th the Chemistry class will be going to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago.  The students who choose to attend will be waking up super early since they will be loading the bus and leaving at 5 in the morning.  They plan to arrive somewhere around 9 and be home by 6 p.m.

The museum has many cool exhibits. Through January 1st they will be offering an exhibit on the science behind Pixar.  They also have a ride where you travel on the rails and learn about the technology of the coal mines. There is also an exhibit where you can see the world in real time.  The chemistry students are definitely looking to get out of the classroom and take advantage of this opportunity to experience something new.
