On April 21, 2023 the OPH boys competed at the Coach Cork Invitational. Out of 12 teams our boys finished 3rd overall. That is a huge accomplishment with only 10 kids competing. This just shows even though we are small we can put the hurt on bigger schools.
Johnathan McPherson got 1st in the 100m, and 200m, 3rd In 4 x 100, 1st in 4 x 200. KJ Davis got 1st in 110m hurdles, 1st in long jump, 1st in 4 x 200, and 3rd In 4 by 100. Callum Roeder got 4th in 200m, 1st in 4 x 200, 3rd in 4 x 100, and 2nd in 4 x 400m. Elliott Meadows got 3rd in 4 x 100, 1st in 4 x 200, and 2nd In 4 x 400m. Cole Tingley got 10th in the 800m. Bennen Ramsey got 6th in the 1600m, 9th in the 400m, and 2nd in the 4 x 400m. Ezrah Lemmon got 9th in the 1600m. Austin Hargrave got 7th In shot, 10th in discus, and 2nd in 4 x 400m. Terry Fouty Jr. got 14th in discus, and last but certainly not least Kaden McCormack got 12th in shot.
