Palestine High School will be planting lots of new trees on Friday, April 28, in honor of the 2023 Arbor Day.

Before this school year started, all of the trees on the east side of the building were removed because the roots were becoming a problem. Local businesses and individuals were given the opportunity to purchase trees to replace the trees that were cut down. Now it is time to plant those trees and honor the people in the community who made this day possible.

Those who purchased trees are listed below:

These trees will be planted around 11am Friday morning, along with a plaque to honor whoever purchased the tree.
