Opinion on Spicy Foods

To me, spicy foods are an absolute joy in life. Hot salsa, hot sauce, Takis, Flaming Hot Cheetos, ect… Anything that is spicy or that I can make spicy I will. Hot Sauce and different spices add different heats,  more flavors, and often has a kick. Fresh hot peppers in foods add juices and some bites have a higher heat then the others when using other hot peppers.

Eating things that are spicy has some benefits, even thought there are some consequences with the different spices levels, depending on how hot you can handle. Spicy foods can speed up your metabolism, it combats inflammation, different spices you may use can possibly even fight cancer cells, and they can help kill bacteria as well.

Many people really like spicy things, some a little too much. On the internet there are people that do the One Chip Challenge. Where they have one chip, in a sealed bag, that is made out of Carolina Reapers, and Scorpion Peppers. Some of the hottest in the world. When trying the challenge you are supposed to eat the whole chip, and wait as long as you can without eating you drinking anything. Many cannot go very long without needing some milk or ice cream to try and cool down the burn from the heat of the chip! Besides the One Chip Challenge there are hundreds of different spicy challenges over the internet. I think they are pretty intense but very interesting to watch!
