On March 28, our Lady Tigers played their fifth game of the season at Red Hill against the Lady Salukis. The Lady Salukis scored two in the first inning, while the Lady Tigers did not score any. The Lady Salukis scored once more in the third inning, but the Lady Tigers scored two in the fourth, nearly catching up to the Lady Salukis, and only down by one. The Lady Tigers fought hard, made the Lady Salukis work harder, and had few errors up until the fifth inning when the Lady Salukis scored two more runs. In the sixth inning, the Lady Salukis scored four more runs, but the Lady Tigers were unable to score. The final score was 9-2, in favor of the Red Hill Lady Salukis. The Lady Tigers play Monday, April 1 at Heritage. We wish our Tigers good luck next week as they have three games!
